Heavy rainfall that affected central and north-western part of Bosnia and Herzegovina caused outflowsof rivers and their tributaries in Una-Sana canton and along the Bosna river.The present map shows the flood first estimate product in the area of Srbac (Bosnia andHerzegovina). The thematic layer has been derived from post-event satellite image using a semi-automatic approach. The estimated geometric accuracy (RMSE) is 9 m or better, from nativepositional accuracy of the background satellite image.
Products elaborated in this Copernicus EMS Rapid Mapping activity are realized to the best of ourability, within a very short time frame, optimising the available data and information. All geographicinformation has limitations due to scale, resolution, date and interpretation of the original sources.
