Step 1.

Visitors coming from web banners or the Crisalix surgeon directory are providing their patient details

Step 2

Patients specify their desired procedure

And can now optionally request a date and time for an appointment. We will ask for two more alternative dates as well

Step 3

The upload process:

At this point you will receive a request for a consultation via Email and on the Crisalix Dashboard

Patients can then upload the required pictures in parallel. So, you can show 3D simulations during their first visit

Step 4

A new patient has been created for you

The patient can access the booking status and the status of the 3D reconstruction via the patient dashboard

A new pending booking notification will appear on your dashboard for each patient

In the new section: «Booking» you will find an overview of all recent bookings. You can filter by status and interact with the patients from here

Once you confirm a booking, the status will show «confirmed» and you can export it to your preferred calendar software

The patient will receive a confirmation of the appointment including the conversation history on the patient dashboard and via Email

In case the 3 proposed dates do not fit into your schedule you can propose alternative dates to the patient

Once you propose new dates the patient will automatically receive an update
