Project Description:The MLN field is part of a series of oilfields discoveries in Block 405a in Berkine Basin which is situated near the town of Hassi Messaoud and about 700 Km southeast of Algiers. It was discovered in 1996 and started its production in 2003 and during this time it was majority owned by Burlington Resouces, by ConocoPhillips since 2006 and by Pertamina, Indonesia’s state owned company, since 2013.

IMRA Group has been involved from the early phases of pre-commission-ing / commissioning supplying over 45 people (from the production op-erators to upper tier management and supervisory levels) which repre-sented almost 60% of the required ex-patriates on site. We started in 2003 to secure personnel for MLN when Burlington Resources has started oil production in the field along with initial commissioning of the field’s oil processing and storage facilities, continued through 2006 when the oil field was acquired by ConocoPhillips. Project Description:Mellitah Complex is a huge Gas Treatment Plant located in the southern shore of the Mediterranean Sea, approximately 80 km West Tripoli. Project Description:Borouge, a market leader in high performance polyolefin, is a joint venture between the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), one of the world’s major oil and gas companies, and Austria based Borealis, a leading provider of chemical and innovative plastics solutions. Central to Borouge’s operations is the petrochemical production plant in Ruwais, about 250 km west of Abu Dhabi City in the United Arab Emirates. In 2010, under the project name of Borouge 2 & 3 while the company tripled the polyolefin’s manufacturing capacity of the plant, IMRA successfully supported the

Project Description:The Melut Basin in South Sudan is shaping up to be one of the major sources of crude oil in Africa. The basin is located about 700 miles south of Khartoum east of the river Nile and despite the political difficulties in the area, the development has continued with a number of companies actively participating in the construction of marine export terminal facilities for the project, of 1380 km of export pipeline constructed in 4 segments (A1, A2, B1 and B2) or in the construction of the six pumping stations for the pipeline. Water is obtained from Kaduna River at the Raw Water Intake facilities located at about 13 kilometers from KRPC installations. The water is chemically treated to meet quality specifications for the various process units and steam generation.

Project Description:The downstream industry in Nigeria is established in four refineries, two in Port Harcourt (PHRC), and one each in Kaduna (KRPC) and Warri (WRPC). The refineries have a combined installed capacity of 445,000 bpd and a comprehensive network of pipelines and depots strategically located throughout Nigeria links these refineries. PHRC Limited is made up of two refineries. The old refinery commissioned in 1965 with current nameplate capacity of 60,000 barrels per stream day (bpsd) and the new refinery commissioned in 1989 with an installed capacity of 150,000 bpsd. This brings the combined crude processing capacity of the Port Harcourt Refinery to 210,000 bpsd. It has five (5) process areas - Areas 1-5. The new refinery is made up

Project Description:The Nigerian LNG (NLNG) project at Bonny Island has been constantly expanded since it began commercial operation in 1999. The construction of the plant site commenced in February 1996 and by August 1999 one of the two trains initially proposed of the base project was completed and the production of LNG started on September 15 of the same year. The second train was completed and became operational in February 2000 while the third train became operational in November 2002. The NLNG Plus, an expansion project of

Built based on the Friede and Goldman Ex-D Millennium Class design and being engineered for stability and versatility, Ocean Courage (the current name it holds under Diamond offshore fleet) is suitable for operations in most of the world’s

Unfortunatelly, after a very heavy work, Larsen Oil & Gas couldn’t pay the last release amount to Jurong Shipyard and Diamond Offshore bought the PetroRig I from the shipyard. Most of these very carefully selected person-nel are still onboard Ocean Courage (current name under Diamond Offshore fleet) and operates now in Brazil for Petrobras. These days, a Dibi Long-Term Project is designed to rebuild the Dibi facilities that were vandalized in 2003 and replace the existing Early Production System facility, placed in service in 2007. The facilities have a maximum production capacity of 70,000 barrels of crude oil per day.



Project Description:Chevron intended to install an Early Production System (EPS) on a lease/operate contract as an early production alternative in order to accelerate production ahead of complete rebuild of Dibi production facility. An ethnic crisis and violence in 2003 forced the shutdown of Dibi but further in 2007, a Project Team has been constituted for the North Swamp Facilities Restoration Project, which included Makaraba, Abiteye and Utonana facilities in the South Swamp and Dibi, Olero and Opuekeba facilities in the North Swamp. The facilities were integrated into existing operations on a temporary basis and allow for development of long term options including the rebuild of existing production facilities. Project Description:Takula complex discovered in 1971 handles about 230,000 bpd of Area A production from Block 0 from offshore Cabinda.
