This splendid villa from the late 1800s is situated amidst the hills on the edge of the village of Crespina,

in the hinterland of the Tuscan coast. In fact, you can reach the sea in just about a 20-30 minute drive:

Marina di Pisa or Forte dei Marmi. Just a short distance from the city of Pisa and the airport (20 km),

Livorno (30 km), Florence (70 km). The house is surrounded by a pretty garden that is perfectly kept

property. In Crespina, which is only about 500 mt. away, you will find all kinds of shops. Among the

most important monuments in Crespina is the Church of San Michele, the Villa del Belvedere, Villa

Valdisonzi and Villa della Canonica. Also among the numerous events that are periodically held in the

village, we highlight the traditional "Fiera delle Civette" which is held every year on the 29th of

September in honour of the festival of San Michele, the Patron Saint of the village, and during which
