METHOD1. Scrape the icing off of the Oreos. Put

the biscuits in one bowl and the icing in another bowl.

2. Crush the biscuits until finely ground.3. Microwave the icing for 2 minutes.4. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until

to the cream. Beat until soft peaks form.6. Fold in the Oreo crumbs.7. Spoon into serving bowls and top with the

leftover Oreos.Can be served immediately or be refrigerated until needed.

INGREDIENTS

8 Oreo biscuits plus extra for topping.

1 ½ cups cream

½ cup powdered sugar

NUTELLA MUG CAKE

METHOD1. Whisk together ¾ cup of Nutella and

the eggs.2. Fold in the flour.3. Divide between two mugs and microwave

for 2 minutes.4. Top with remaining Nutella and serve

immediately.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Nutella (or any hazelnut chocolate spread)

2 large eggs

¼ cup flour

PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

METHOD1. In a mixing bowl, combine the condensed

milk and chocolate chips.2. Microwave for a minute and then mix

until smooth.3. Transfer the mixture into a lined baking tray

and spread evenly.4. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.5. Spread the peanut butter over the cooled

mixture and refrigerate for an additional 2 hours.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 can condensed milk

½ cup peanut butter
