Myself and the Industry I want to work in. I am currently in my third year of University,

studying Television and Film Production. The role that I would want to go into is

Lighting assistant or a Producer. Once I leave university I hope to get a job as

a runner or a lighting assistant. I one day would like to work as a Produce r, but know that could be a few years yet until I get a opportunity.

Another job that I would like to go into after university would be a Director of Photography, Once I have enough experience I would like to would as a DOP, starting as a lighting assistant and making my way up.

Lighting Assistant I would like to be a Lighting assistant once I leave university, I am good at

seeing where to put lights to make sure there is a good composition. Lighting assistants are there to help the Director of Photography to rig

location sets with artificial lights. One of the jobs I could get when I leave university could

be: Graduate Assistant (Hall Technician)A graduate opportunity (Hall Technician) for September 2015. This is a full-time position

for one academic year. We are seeking a recent graduate who wishes to gain experience of working in a successful 13-18 co-educational boarding school. The Graduate Assistant post offers an opportunity for a graduate to gain experience of the independent sector in education and of a boarding environment.  It enables the graduate to take stock of their situation, especially if they are considering a teaching career.  The work is varied and that variety is, to some extent, determined by the personality, enthusiasm and skills of the individual.

Producer I would like to someday have a chance to be producer. I feel

like I could be a good producer as I am good at time management, I can work in a team and also work on my own if necessary. I can organise a team and make sure filming can go as smooth as possible.

One of the producer job I could get once I finish university could be:

Junior Video Producer: This is an opportunity to work for an award winning mobile agency

brand, as well as on major brands for a diverse range of mobile/digital. You will be involved in project ideation and conceptual development based on creative and design direction and should be comfortable taking projects through to implementation.

Business Cards Ideas.

Here are only a couple of examples of my business cards that I could make. Another idea that I have drawn out is having lights drawn on with them lighting up my name and occupation.

StrengthsStrengths:My strengths are that I am good at

organising people with in a team. I am good at time managementGood team player, but also good at

done and when.

WeaknessesWeaknesses: • My weakness are that I am

struggling to keep up to date with my showreel.

• I am struggling to find all the footage of films that I have been a part of.

• I would like my Business cards to already been made by now.

Showreel My showreel is currently in the

production stage. Due to other commitments with my university work, my showreel has been left out and I have been unable to update it. I am currently in the process of designing my showreel but there isn’t anything online as of yet.

My plans for the design of my website is underway and I will hopefully start making my website when I feel happy with my designs.

I need to find all links to my films in order to complete my showreel.
