Meet The CE Team


Khalaf My name is Khalaf Rashid and I am the CEO of Creative Eye. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Management from the UK. My senior management experience dates back to 1999 when I set up a joint venture between Macmillan Education UK and my own company Aidan Ltd named Macmillan Aidan. I retained a position as CEO for Macmillan for a period of ten years when I stepped down and was subsequently appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. I am the majority shareholder for Creative Eye. The company was set up in Tanzania in 1996 and subsequently expanded to Ghana, Rwanda and Kenya.


Denise My name is Denise Mugeni and I am the Business Development Manager at Creative Eye Rwanda . I have worked at Creative Eye for the past two years on excellent campaigns for –  Tigo –  Business Development Fund (BDF) –  SC Johnson –  Rwanda Film Festival –  Nation Media Group –  MINEAC And so many more! I look forward to working with you.


Mandla My name is Mandla N Mguni, Creative Director for Creative Eye Tanzania. I believe in being different. I have worked on big clients like Tigo Tanzania and Rwanda ,Unilever, Stanbic. Hilda My name is Hilda Kebirungi Sanyu and I am the Art Director at Creative Eye Rwanda . Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Fine Arts – 2007. Clement (Clemo)

My name is Clement Mwangi, Art Director Creative Eye Kenya. I believe in being different. Whatever I design or touch up turns to gold I have a good eye for seeing detail , ears to listen to a good brief, a mouth to ask for insight and legs for research. Denis (Deno) My name is Denis Ndavi and I’m the Strategy Director at Creative Eye Africa . I hold a B. Com (Marketing) degree from Kenyatta University possess a Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) certification. I am a certified accountant (CPA), but I got bored. So I stuck to my first love - Marketing. I have worked with the world’s leading brands across Africa in my career spanning Capital FM Nairobi, East Africa TV & Radio, MTV base Africa, Nation Media Group and Homeboyz Entertainment among others. Hi, I’m Robert Wanyeki, Client Service Director, Tanzania I have a background in customer service in Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzania. Raissa I am Raissa Bianca Berwa, Copywriter for Creative Eye Rwanda. I have a Bachelor degree in Translation and Interpreting from The National University Of Rwanda.
