2. Pay close attention to the terms listed for the position.

3. Modify the job description so it fits your council.

4. Report changes you decide upon.

Bylaws

1. Look over the sample council bylaws.

2. Locate each place in the bylaws referring to new youth positions (underlined text).

3. Discuss and modify the bylaws in accordance with your council’s goals.

4. Report changes you decide upon.

Bylaws Revision and Approval1. Council appoints committee to handle bylaws

revision.2. Committee reviews current bylaws and

incorporates language to add youth representatives.
