82 teams were trained using our lean startup methods and within 9 months, tens of millions in new revenue was being generated as a direct result. Intuit management also noted an increase in employee engagement. They now have many coaches.
After accelerating a newly formed cross-functional team over 3 months, the Brazilian classifieds subsidiary tested a new delivery service which is forecasted to increase revenue, user engagement and satisfaction to a fledgling core product. Qualified internal coaches are now facilitating other teams.
A 500 employee automobile website is under threat from the shift to mobile. By applying lean innovation they are successfully transforming their core business model and launching new revenue streams whilst training an internal network of lean startup coaches to change the culture.
After releasing a new product twice within the past 36 months, sales had not met expectations. Using lean startup methods a team helped to re-launch the product using only 20% of the original resources and the previous 36 months of revenue was matched within 6 months.
