POWER COST SAVINGS
Greenplate® Barbecues only use 1.8 kilowatts of power which
saves up to 50% on running costs as compared to other brand
higher kilowatt powered Barbecues on the market.
INSTALLATION COST SAVINGS
Greenplate® Barbecues come fully assembled for ease of
installation. By using half the current of conventional Barbecues,
the cable size is reduced dramatically hence the installation
costs are reduced.
COOK PLATE
Greenplate’s® Cook plate is made from Commercial Grade LDX
Duplex 2205 Stainless Steel. The material was chosen owing
to its non-warping capabilities and is pressed in a mono form
which alleviates corners needing to be welded. The strength
and durability of this stainless steel for intense high heat
temperature cooking is second to none!
COOKING TEMPERATURE
Greenplate has designed and developed a digital temperature
module which now allows the Inbench BBQ to reach
temperatures of 400°c. We still recommend the temperature
to remain at 320°c for public cooking. The digital temperature
module can be adjusted via an up and down button which
changes the temperature in 5°c increments. The module also
comes with a cycle counter which can be read on the display
screen.
TIMING CYCLE
Greenplate® has set the cooking cycle for 28 minutes giving
ample cooking time for the end user. Cooking cycle times can be
adjusted prior to dispatch.

Independent, “ALL ACCESSIBLE DISABILITY

Greenplate® invented and commissioned the first
Solar Electric Barbecue back in 2001. To this day, that
inaugural Barbecue is still in full working order with
absolutely no Battery or Solar Module replacements

This Barbecue represents an ingenious display of

Greenplate® offer two Solar Module options.
Option 1 – PVL laminated flexible panels.
The laminated panels adhere to colour bond roof
sheeting profiles that are exclusively manufactured
for Greenplate® to a specific width to suite the PVL
panels. This style of Solar Module is difficult to detect
on the roof thus making the panels far more vandal
resistant. Greenplate® supply the laminated panels
pre-installed to the roofing profile.
Option 2 – Standard monocrystalline panels.
These are the most efficient in the field generating
327- watts per module. A racking system is supplied
with the monocrystalline panels which are then
bolted onto the Shelter Roof. Greenplate® ensure
that all parts used in any of their manufacturing are
of the highest quality and standards from around the
world. All Solar modules are sourced from America
and as a Quality Assured Company to ISO9001:2015,
Greenplate® ensure all Solar Module panels and
batteries are extensively tested in-house before
supplying to Customers.

Our solar street lights are designed for quick and easy
installation providing trouble free lighting for the

incorporates both the battery and MPPT controller

Greenplate’s® Solar Automatic Locking system is cost effective and ideal for locking and unlocking all facilities where required regardless of mains power accessibility.
In most instances Council facilities/Amenities blocks are locked and
unlocked on a daily basis manually by staff or Contractors which
serves to be time consuming, expensive and in some instances, quite
dangerous owing to unforeseen circumstances that could arise.
The Greenplate® Automatic Solar Locking System uses a 12/24 Volt
DC Power Supply to control the operation of the DC Electric Door
Locks. The system detects sunset and sunrise via the solar module
voltage. At sunset the system will power up the locks causing them to
close and lock. At sunrise, the same principal applies powering up the
locks allowing them to release. All of this is achieved via the pre- set
Solar Controller.
An emergency lock override is also installed in each cubicle in
the event of an accidental lock-in or injury, allowing the switch to
override the locks. A lockdown switch is also provided (located at
the master control cabinet) to lock the doors continuously when
switched on for servicing etc. Pump and lighting solutions can also be
added into this system.
This ingenious locking system is highly efficient and has been
rigorously tested over many years of in field operation. Ultimately
the main benefit that has been derived from this system is the fact
that it saves Council’s ongoing costs by alleviating paying staff or
contractors to manually lock and unlock amenities on a daily basis.

The Greenplate ® All in One Solar Batten Light is designed to be
installed extremely quickly and add light to areas where power is not
attainable.
The Batten Light incorporates both the battery and solar controller
inside the light fitting removing the need for expensive enclosures,
wiring and dramatically reduces the installation time.
Perfect for lighting pathways, shelters, garages etc. The installation
side of things is as simple as mounting the panel onto the roof, fixing
the batten light to the ceiling and connecting the MC4 plugs from
the panel to the light, No wiring to solar controllers or batteries is
required.
The light uses high quality Phillips LEDs with a generous total output
of 1800 lumens. Each light comes with a programming remote which
allows users to adjust the operation of the light after installation.
4 days of battery autonomy is included meaning the product will
function under any environmental conditions. Greenplate offers two
solar module options to use in conjunction with the Batten Light,
Glass 80 watt Mono Crystalline Panel with roof mounting frame or
the Uni Solar PVL vandal resistant laminated panel. An IP67 rating
has been achieved along with a 2 year product warranty.
The All in One Solar Batten Light Kit is perfect for eliminating
ongoing power costs and minimising installation times on site.
