Over a decade of Existence as a premier institution Geeta Engineering College, Panipat has made a mark by providing the student's job opportunity in prestigious and reputed firms. It is my pride and privilege to share view facts about placements as placements has always been a vital ingredient for endorsing institutes student’s potentiality.

At GEC, The Training and Placement Cell is one of the integral part of our college, who train students to become professionally competent engineers and managers by providing value-based quality education and to make them ready for the Corporate world. However, during last few years, the demand of our graduates has increased exponentially.

Today the global employment market has changed from what it was even a decade ago. Organizations are not only looking for individuals with a prescribed skill set but more importantly individuals with an aptitude to expand this required skill set in the course of their work. They require the recruit to be competent and able enough to imbibe that training quickly and effectively.

The gap between industry requirements and that of knowledge imparted through course curriculum is bridged by regularly conducting Soft skills & Personality development workshops in order to help students to improve their communication skills, build confidence and to turn students into industry ready professionals. Our department organize HR conclave, guest lectures, industrial visits & are always striving to strengthen Industrial Interface.

The department is constantly pitching different industries to build relations and network with industry people for placements of our Engineering as well as Management students. To add more to the subject, this year has been somewhat better as an institute and Placement cell managed to extend various opportunities to students.
