Creating SlidesCreate your slides in RL (MS PowerPoint, MS Word or application of your choice). If you are using MS PowerPoint or MS Word you can choose the ‘save as’ option to save the slides as .jpg (or .jpeg) files

Creating SlidesChoose the ‘Every slide’ option and your slides will be saved and automatically numbered according to their order i.e. Slide 1, Slide 2 etc.

Upload Slides

Select ‘File/Upload Image’, then browse for the location of the images on your computer

Rename the slides something meaningful (making sure you leave the numbers in sequence i.e. Slide 1 Researchers Group, Slide 2 Researchers Group etc.

Finding the Slides in your Inventory

When the slides have been uploaded you can find them in your inventory by looking in the ‘recent items’ section. If they were saved previously they will be in the main inventory in ‘Textures’

Loading Slides to the Viewer

• Leave your inventory open

• Select ‘Edit’ by right mouse clicking on the viewer

Using the Viewer

• Click the ‘contents’ tab• Drag the slides from your

inventory into the contents tab• If you’ve done this

correctly you should now see your slides in the contents and be able to click the arrows on the bottom of the screen to advance or reverse them
