1. Open a browser and navigate to www.dso.ufl.edu/ela

2. Follow the directions for the Accessible PDF section to save the untagged document to your desktop.

3. Select Advanced -> Accessibility -> Add tags to Document

4. View the tags by selecting View -> Navigation Tabs -> Tags

2. Follow the directions for the Accessible PDF section to save the scanned document to your desktop.

3. In Acrobat select File -> Create PDF -> From File and choose the scanned document.

4. Select Document -> Recognize Text Using OCR > Start

5. Be sure PDF Output Style is set to “Formatted Text and Graphics”

6. After the Paper Capture correct any errors by selecting Document -> Recognize Text Using OCR -> Find First OCR Suspect
