foreign connector to know where to get the EML it should process Processing the EML and sending them via webservices to a
Deliveryware server Querying via webservices the CN jobs waiting for processing on
the DeliveryWare server, and sending them.

INBOUND FAXES Received by Deliveryware Query on the AD to find the corresponding user using the DID Sending using his preferred connector If is preferred connector is Exchange emails, a CN job is generated The CN jobs are handled by the Esker Exchange connector, using
web services

OUTBOUND FAXES User sends an email from Outlook Emails caught by the Foreign connector, EML dropped in the drop
directory Esker Exchange connector service process the EML and sends it to
Deliveryware using webservices On the Deliveryware server, the file is processed by the Generate
faxes rule located in the Microsoft Exchange messages rule configuration.
This rule generates the fax job. On the Deliveryware server, the fax is sent. Notifs may be sent.
