3 year old Thoroughbred gelding rescued February 27, 2011

HI! I am a little Thoroughbred guy, single and looking for love. My home right now is at a beautiful stable with so much grass and nice people who take good care of me and lots of equine friends.

I think I just turned 4 -- so I am still very much a baby!!!!

I am learning lots of things, like how to let people ride on my back and good manners. I am told that I am such a good boy, and very sweet and beautiful!

Then that person sold me, and I wasn't treated very nicely, so he took me back. Then he sold me again.

Life hasn't always been so good. I was born on a farm that makes thoroughbred babies to grow up and race.

I wasn't really interested in that sort of thing, so someone bought me and trained me to wear a saddle and let people on my back.

Somehow I ended up at a scary place. I was so thin and scared and weak.

One of my hooves had a hole in it from an infection, and my skin was all scabby and itchy.

I was on a cattle truck, and got left at a place called ANIMAL CONTROL.

Like I am an ANIMAL (I am a thoroughbred!!)

and need CONTROL!!!! GEEZZZ.

At my young age, I had given up hope. Someone said a big word that I didn’t

understand….YOU THAN ASIA. It didn’t sound good.

Some nice people took me from the shelter and were generous and kind and have helped me to get well and strong. Now I am looking for someone to make a commitment to keep me safe and happy and healthy for my lifetime.

Then, a miracle happened….

My foster mom is helping me learn and be healthy, and we can use a little help. I would like to meet people who are experienced riders and might be interested in having a boy like me for their very own. If you want to meet me, I would like to meet you too.

If you are interested in adopting me, my foster momma will ask you to fill out an application and will make sure that you will be the right place for me!

If you would like to help with my expenses, both my foster mom and I would appreciate any help you can give to get me on my way.

I am a Lost Angel-- a terrific group called Lost Angels Animal Rescue (501-3c) helped to bring me to safety.
