The private school is housed within a large listed building situated on the site with the temporary structures providing additional classroom space in the curtilage of the listing building. The project consisted of the demolition of the defunct temporary units and to provide new bespoke cabin buildings to provide new classroom accommodation to be completed within a condensed programme of works. The works consisted of the demolition of the existing units and the installation of new prefabricated units adapted and bespoke to allow for the installation of a pitched roof and high quality timber finish to allow for the building to blend softly within the tree lined location of the site so as to not detract from the listed building on site. The work was carried out on behalf of the Governors of Cransley School as part of an ongoing scheme to maintain the existing listed PROJECT: Cransley School, Cheshire CLIENT: Governors Cransley School Education-Listed Building Curtilage
