I hereby apply for the above Contract to be assessed under the CEEQUAL Term Contracts Scheme. I agree to,

initially, settle an invoice for the first instalment of the above fee, the second instalment approx six weeks before

the initial baseline Verification, further instalments six weeks ahead of each progress Verification, and the final

instalment six weeks before final Verification is required. Each instalment will be listed in a schedule agreed with

CEEQUAL after the scoping meeting with the Verifier. I understand that the invoices will be sent to me, unless I

indicate otherwise below.
