CPS Fast Acting Haze Remover is a high caustic and gelledink stain and haze remover for quick cleaning of hazed screen printing mesh. The gelled structure is applied using aBrush and ensures that the product stays on the mesh and is not lost down the drain during application.

CPS Fast Acting Haze Remover for those printers who prefer to use a 'traditional' high caustic haze remover. The product will remove ghost images in less than 5 minutes, but the product is not suitable for batch cleaning of screens as longer application times will damage the mesh. CPS Haze Remover HV and CPS Quick Haze are recommended as first choice haze remover products that are safer for the operator and will not damage the mesh.

CPS endorses best industry practice that operators shouldwear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)when handling all chemical products, even those classifiedas 'non-hazardous’. Recommended PPE for CPS Productsincludes gloves and safety glasses (or goggles whenhandling larger quantities).

EMISSIONS TO DRAIN

Small quantities of this product from the washing processare permitted to enter the foul waste system, however it isrecommended that you consult your local regulations andconsent limits.

The emission of large quantities into the foul waste systemshould be avoided and you are advised to check localregulations and consent conditions.

DISPOSAL

Waste product that has reached the end of its shelf lifeshould be disposed via an authorised chemical wastehandling company.

PACKAGING

Available as a ready to use product in 1 Kg & 5 Kg packsizes.

CPS containers are made from high density polypropyleneand the box is cardboard, all of these materials can berecycled. Consult an authorised waste handling companyfor advice on recycling your empty containers packaging.

The CPS colour coded system helps identify the productbeing used while ensuring other cleaning chemicals do notbecome cross contaminated. Bringing an easily identifiableprocess to screen reclaim.

Products should be kept in original packaging and storedaway from direct sunlight or UV light sources. Under therecommended storage conditions, the optimum shelf life is1 year at a storage temperature of 5-20°C (40-70°F).
