The Five Year Compressor Protection Program is effective sixty-six (66) months from shipment from Chicago Pneumatic Construction Equipment, LLC or sixty (60) months from start-up, whichever occurs first. CP warrants that the airend of the CPS range of compressors will be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of five (5) years up to 10,000 hours, provided the customer has met the conditions listed below. Failure to follow these terms will invalidate the Protection Program.

Chicago Pneumatic standard warranty limitations apply. To initiate the protection program, this Five Year Compressor Protection Program Registration Form must be submitted to

Chicago Pneumatic Construction Equipment within 30 days of start-up. Only Genuine Chicago Pneumatic spare parts and lubricants may be used in the machine during the protection period. The equipment must be maintained according to the published service schedules. The customer and/or dealer must keep records of all spare parts purchases and scheduled maintenance The following records

will be required for any claim within the Five (5) Year Compressor Protection Program: Copies of all maintenance records for the unit Purchases of Genoil and 1,000 hour maintenance kit within the first year and annually during extended warranty period In the event of failure during the warranty period a compressor oil sample may be required.
