COZUMEL AIR SERVICE VIA CANCUN ON MAYAIR SHUTTLE
Book Cozumel via Cancun utilizing MAYAir shuttle between Cancun and CozumelAvailable from: MKE, ORD, DFW, MCI, STL, and MSP with our charter/value flights Passengers will fly on a 19 seat or a 32 seat aircraft to and from Cozumel
ARRIVAL INFORMATION • Upon arrival in the Cancun Airport transition through customs as normal. • Customers claim their luggage from the assigned carousel. • After passing through the time share representatives in the Cancun Airport, exit the terminal and go to the Lomas representative
who will be holding a sign, “MAYAir Cozumel Connection”. • Customers will be put on a 1PM, 3PM or 5PM MAYAir flight dependant on when they arrive in Cancun and get through customs. • The Lomas representative will direct them to the correct vehicle for their transfer from the Cancun Airport (terminal of arrival) to
FBO Terminal for their MAYAir Cozumel flight connection. • Once in Cozumel, customers claim their luggage and locate the Lomas Representative outside for their taxi transfer to their hotel.
RETURN INFORMATION • Please make sure that customers see their Lomas Representative for their departure transfer information. • At Cozumel Airport check-in at the MAYAir Counter. • After the transfer flight, upon Arrival into FBO Terminal in the Cancun Airport, customers claim their luggage. • The Lomas representative will then help customers board their transfer to the Cancun main terminal for their departure flight. • The Lomas representative will meet the customer’s transfer vehicle at the main terminal to assist in check-in for their
return flight.
LUggAgE REsTRICTION • The customer is allowed to bring along 55 pounds free of charge. Extra weight will be charged $1 for each pound
over 55 pounds. • Dive Equipment - this is included in the total weight of 55 pounds free of charge. • Excess Baggage - If customers do have excess baggage, it may need to be placed on another aircraft and/or flight.
