    Cowl Poncho ~ FREE Crochet Pattern

    This poncho is a bit different than most because it only has one point that you can wear at the front, backor at the side. Personally, I prefer to wear it at the side, but the choice is yours. Its a nice alternative to aspring or fall jacket.

    Although the pattern is very simple, I included a lot of photos to help in the various steps to hopefullymake it easier for those who are still new to crocheting. If youd like to do without these images, you candelete them using the green print friendly button at the bottom of this post.

    This pattern is given in an etra small si!e. It fits me.. so itll fit a child, small teen or etra small adult. Themanne"uin on which the poncho is shown is #$% around the shoulders above the chest. As you can see,its a tight fit on the manne"uin. Im #&% around the shoulders with a #'% bust, and it fits nicely. Instructionsare given for a custom fit.

    Its hard to tell which side is the 9( as both sides look very similar. An easy way to remember is that the9( is facing you when you do the -ross3

This way you get a ridge on both sides ofthe fabric and it aligns with the rest of the pattern.
