• PRs: Admissions remained largely flat, from 15,070 in October to 15,270 in November. November Year-over-year decline: Economic 48.9%, Family 40.3%. Refugees increase of 9.3%

• Applications: Decrease from 17,160 in September to 15,468 in October. October year-over-year decrease 52.4%

• Provincial Nominee Program: Flat, from 2,920 in October to 2,835 in November . October year-over-year decrease: 40%

• TR to PRs transition (i.e., those already in Canada): Increase from 6,395 in October to 7,195 in November (some double counting). November Year-over-year increase of 2.2%, driven by Post-graduate work program increase of 19.5%

• Temporary Residents: • TRs/IMP: Flat, from 34,815 in October (60% post-grad employment) to 33,875 in November. November Year-over-year change: Agreements decrease of 13.6%, Canadian Interests increase of 55.5%
