We specialize in performing corrosion protections of large-sizeindustrial objects which are exposed to various corrosion hazards,for example:

The technological supervision over all corrosion protection worksis carried out by inspectors leased by materials manufacturers. The internal supervision over executed works is done by anauthorized COVER EUROENGINEERING's employee holding highprofessional qualifications. All works are executed according torequirements of the Building Law as well as EnvironmentalProtection Law.

1 - Storage

Within the complex repair and overhaul of storage tanks forpetroleum, fuel, chemicals, water and others, we carry out:

1. technical expertise2. construction works3. electrical works4. steel works5. anticorrosion works including inner and outer surface

protection.

We also conduct lamination of tanks and install leak-tightnessmonitoring systems. Tanks equipped with our GP monitoringsystem meet all current requirements set (among others) by theEuropean Parliament and Council Directive 94/63/EC of 20December 1994 on the control of volatile organic compound(VOC) emissions resulting from the storage of petrol and itsdistribution from terminals to service stations.

2 - Chemical units and plants

We protect steel and concrete constructions based on cleaning the

surface by sand-blasting or manual cleaning and painting themwith color sets individually applied to the chemical environmentthe plant operates in. We also dispose of a wet sand-blastingsystem that allows safe conducting of works during theinstallations movement.

3 Bridges: load-bearing structures and orthotropicplates

1. corrosion protection of steel and concrete structures ofbridges

2. insulation of orthotropic steel plates under the asphaltlayers

3. insulation of reinforced concrete slabs under the asphaltlayers

All materials and products used by COVER EUROENGINEERINGLtd. have appropriate technical and quality certificates issued bythe Institute of Roads and Bridges.

We execute all works regardless of the weather conditions using

a tent coverage and, should it be necessary, high efficiency airheaters and air conditioners.

4 - Ships

7 - Sewage treatment plant

The chemical environment of the systems of bioreactors requirestaking additional safety measures and a great deal of specialist

knowledge while performing corrosion protection works. Onlynon-solvent HS (hot sprayed) substances are resistant to thekind of corrosion that can be found in sewage treatment plantsand guarantee very long periods of their proper operation.COVER EUROENGINEERING Ltd. has got considerable experiencein this matter.
