My name is Brittany Grant. I am a recent graduate of Morehead State University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.
Before I attended college, I knew I had a drive for helping people. Once I started my college career, I began working at our campus recreation and wellness center. I took on many positions there, such as, fitness attendant, group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and supervisor. I found that I have a deep passion for health and wellness by helping individuals train and feel better.
