I possess all of the Human Resource management competencies your advert stipulated a candidate should have, in particular I want to highlight out my ability to:

- Develop, implement and manage company wide HR policies and procedures.

- Push your department to the next level of operational performance and development.

- Manage various recruitment, retention and evaluating procedures.

At my current place of employment I am mainly in charge of welcoming new employees to the company. This duty requires me to work with colleagues to put together induction packs, write up employment contracts. On a typical day I will be the first point of contact for all HR related matters for all new and existing staff members.

I will do whatever it takes to deliver an efficient and professional HR service across your entire company. I am driven with a desire to meet and exceed targets and have the ability to achieve many things in a short period of time.
