Your Requirements:
Assist staff in the design, execution and evaluation of community based
research and evaluation projects, including literature reviews, surveys,
focus groups, data integration and analysis
Assist with the development of data collection materials, site-visit protocols
and procedural manuals as needed
Manage data collection projects by meeting paper and electronic mailing
deadlines, entering data, transcribing tapes and handwritten notes;
Work closely with community-based organizations to monitor data
collection and reporting
Administer individual or group interviews, conduct observations and collect
data from archival records
Assist in the production of written, tabular and visual materials for research
reports and presentations of system level monitoring and evaluation
findings to multiple stakeholder audiences
Assist with agency wide activities as directed, including Annual Meeting,
AIDS Run & Walk, World of Chocolate and others;
Assist with other AFC activities as requested;
Perform other duties as assigned.
My Qualifications:
Qualitative and Quantitative research experience due to Research Internships and Bachelor Coursework. Including literature review, data collection, data entering, surveys, focus groups, transcriptions and presenting data findings.
Experience Coordinating Community Based Non-Profit project aimed to prevent HIV/AIDS among MSM Latinos and Transgender youth.
Certifications and Trainings relating to HIV and AIDS issues. High energy, focused and with solid work ethics and strong attention to
details. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage scientific journals and technical specifications. High knowledge in use for software and online resources for productivity
purposes.
