ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

General Information and Policies

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of event after receipt of signed Banquet

Event Order will result of cancellation fee of 100% of estimated charges

and will be billed according to the agreed method of payment.

Food and Beverage policy: Due to Health Department Regulations and

Catering Industry Standards, all food and beverage must be provided by

the Courtyard by Marriott Denver Airport. Any food not consumed at the

event, may not be removed from the hotel.

Guarantee of Attendance: The host agrees to provide the Hotel with the

final attendance three (3) business days prior to the event. Should the

guarantee not be provided, the Hotel will prepare based on the original

agreed-upon number. The guarantee is not subject to reduction, and

charges will be billed accordingly.

Service Charge and Tax: Food and beverage, audio/visual equipment and

meeting room rental/set-up fees are subject to the Hotel's 25% taxable

service charge. Food and Beverage service, Audio/Visual, and meeting

room rental/set-up fee is subject to 8.1% tax.

Liquor Laws & Regulations:

The Courtyard by Marriott Denver Airport is committed to a policy of

providing legal, proper and responsible hospitality. The Hotel requires

that all beverages be dispensed only by Hotel staff. Alcohol will not be

served to guests under the age of 21 as well as those who are unable to

produce acceptable identification.
