• ICAR: Idaho Court Administrative Rules. http://www.isc.idaho.gov/rules/icaridx.htm

• The objective of these rules (37 and 38) is to establish minimum standards for preservation, destruction or disposition of court records.

• ICAR 37 deals with civil cases.• ICAR 38 deals with criminal and juvenile cases.
