Course Registration

To register for our allcourses, participants required to provide

1. Copies of work experience certificates if any.2. 2 nos. passport size photographs for each method 3. Self-Attested copies of academic and professional certificates.4. A scientific calculator for the course.

Examination

1. Three examinations will be taken in each method for Level I / II. This will include

(1) A closed book, General examination on the fundamentals of the subject (2) An open book, Specific examination on any of the International code or

standard provided.(3) A Practical examination with the equipment used in the method.

2. 80% is the minimum required score to pass the exams. Multiple choice questions will be given for examinations.

3. Level I / II certificate will be issued to successful participants.

Re-ExaminationOne free re-examination is offered to participants who have failed the first examination. Their score should be >50% in each paper to become eligible for this free course and examination.Re-examination should be taken by pay an additional 25% of the fee. If this is not desired, then a course participation certificate will be issued

Certificate Renewal.Certificates will be issued for a period of 5 years and free full refresher courses are being offered onrenewal of our certification. We would advise to attend these free courses during renewal to keep you updated. This will also give you a chance to get familiar with the new technologies and instruments in the. Field.Certificates in original shall be sent for renewal. Renewed certificates will be returned to the sender by courier on the same working day.Please contact the course director for detailed schedule and fee.
