Terms and Conditions 1. All bidders must register and obtain a bidding number. No bids will be accepted by the auctioneer
from any person who has not signed a registration form or bidder sheet. 2. A bidder must be 18 years old to bid. 3. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bids not made in good faith and further reserves the
right to exclude any bidder from participating in its sales for any reason deemed appropriate, at his sole discretion.
4. Each lot will open at the starting price. In the event the starting price is not met, the lot will be
passed and the auctioneer will proceed with the next lot in numerical order. 5. In conforming with Canadian Law, no coin or currency lots will be opened at less than the Face
Value. 6. Bidding will proceed in increments as follows: $10.00 to $20.00 $1.00 $100.00 to $250.00 $10.00 $20.00 to $50.00 $2.00 $250.00 to $1000.00 $25.00 $50.00 to $100.00 $5.00 $1000.00 or more $50.00 7. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw or combine any lot at his discretion. 8. For Canadian and Alberta residents, a 10% buyer’s commission plus GST will be added to the
hammer price of each lot purchased. These amounts are payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price. Title to all lots remain with the auction house until payment in full is received. Successful bidders are required to pay the full invoice amount due before the lots are delivered.
9. Payment will be accepted in Cash, or by Debit Card. Visa and Mastercard will be accepted at an
additional fee of 3%. No personal or company cheques will be accepted.
10. The auctioneer may reopen the bidding on a lot under the following circumstances; a. A party purchasing the lot on the floor has done so in error. b. Where a protest is made after the hammer has fallen, but before the bidding has commenced on
the next lot. c. Where the auctioneer has determined that he has overlooked a party still bidding on the lot, but
before the calling of the next lot. d. At the discretion of the auctioneer. 11. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer’s decision is final. 12. Lot descriptions contained within the catalogue are statements of opinion only, made by the
cataloguer and/or the consignor. All goods are offered with all the faults, imperfections, errors and omissions of description.
13. Floor bidders may not return any lots, including those purchased while acting as agents for others.
Those persons bidding on the floor are deemed to have inspected the lots and satisfied themselves as the lot’s authenticity, description and condition. NO exceptions will be made.
