2. We need better research
• 7% purchased counterfeit, 11% purchased pirate CD in the last year
• Only 1 in 9 think this is a "serious act"
• The only unethical act seen as less serious was not paying for parking
Why?

• 52% claim to know facts about counterfeit goods, but...
