Dear Families and Friends,
It is an honor and privilege to serve as the Principal of Rio Rico High School. I
couldn’t be more humbled at the opportunity to serve a community as special
and proud as the one here in Rio Rico; thank you for your trust and continued
support. As a leader, I am dedicated to serving our students and providing
them with the best high school experience. I approach each day with my
philosophical mantra of Effort, Attitude and Team (E.A.T). I will always put
forth the right Effort, have the right Attitude and make the best decisions
while keeping the Team in mind. As birds of prey, we will be hungry to strive
for the best and E.A.T!
Many of our students have already had a successful first month. Student
Council has impacted the climate and culture of campus by starting FUNtastic
Friday’s and Chess is off to a great start with 9 competing members. Please
join us during the month of September as many of our students will be
competing and showcasing their talents.
With the support of our community and YOU showing up to our events, the
NEST will certainly be a great place for our Hawks to succeed!
Hawk Pride,
Hector Estrada
Principal
