my mind how the resolution passed by your honorable body, at your session of April 15th, 1895, authorizing me to offer a reward of one hundred dollars to the person furnishing evidence that shall lead to the arrest and conviction of any one guilty of wilfully and maliciously administering poison to any dog or ex­posing any poisonous substance, with intent that the same shall be taken or
