Business Process Description OverviewPlanning SKF on cost center:We can enter plan values for SKFs. This is done using this function.

is incomplete, that will be shown as “message.”

Tips and Tricks:

If you give a cost center group and one SKF , you can plan this SKF on all cost centers in that group one by one in one step.

Via Menus Accounting Controlling Cost CentersPlanning SKFsChange.

Via Transaction Code KP46

1.2. On the “Statistical key figure Planning : Initial Screen “, enter information in the fields as specified in the below table :

1.3. Press F5 or Over view Screen to advance to the next screen.

1.4. On the “Change Statistical key figure planning : overview Screen “, enter information in the fields as specified in the below table :

Enter the plan value of SKF for the selected cost center.If you are entering costs for more than one period, and want to distribute the amount equally over the periods, use distribution key 1. Otherwise, if you want to allocate the costs over periods manually, use Distrn. Key 0 and click on period screen and enter the values for the respective periods. If you are planning SKFs for a cost center group, use this button to go to next combination .Click this button if you want to go to previous cost center-SKF combination. Click this button to go to the required cost center.This is used to enter plan values-period wise if you are planning for more than one month and if you want to distribute the values manually

1.5 Save the document by pressing Ctrl+S or enter Post Icon..
