PROPERTY SUMMARYCosta Hollywood is nestled in the heart of Hollywood Beach, just steps from the expansive coastline.
Centrally positioned between Miami and Palm Beach, Hollywood Beach offers guests a chance to indulge in
sun and sand while providing the convenience of South Florida’s iconic shopping, dining and entertainment
scenes.
For those looking to share in the local experience, the 310 room oasis is just steps from the Hollywood
boardwalk This two-and-a-half mile promenade along the Atlantic Ocean has been named one of
“Americas best beach boardwalks” by Travel + Leisure Magazine for its scenic and interactive settings
ranging from children’s playgrounds, picnic locations and pavilions, to pathways for joggers, bicyclists and
rollerbladers.
Costa Hollywood is a luxurious seaside destination with convenient proximity to all your favorite pastimes.
For boating enthusiasts, nearby slips accommodate all types of vessels, while golf lovers have access to
9 and 18 hole courses. For those who enjoy the action, Costa Hollywood is easily accessible to leading
entertainment and shopping attractions, including the The Village at Gulfstream Park, Seminole Hard Rock
Hotel & Casino, the luxurious Bal Harbour shops, Aventura Mall and the lively nightlife scene of Miami’s
South Beach.
The condo-hotel is a six-story, 307-unit project that marks the first project in the United States for Moses
Bensusan, a Canadian developer. International hotel operator Meliá Hotels will manage the resort at 777
North Ocean Drive in Hollywood Beach. The developer said Hollywood has a shortage of up to 10,000 hotel
rooms, and he plans to develop more in the city.
Amenities include a spa/fitness facility, five restaurants, a business center, a gourmet coffee shop and
a rooftop infinity pool (with a bar and grill). The development offers views of the Atlantic Ocean and
Intracoastal Waterway.
Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville resort has contributed to a resurgence in activity in Hollywood, Danziger
said. “That project was instrumental in Moses Bensusan moving forward with Meliá Costa Hollywood Beach
Resort and has been a catalyst for further redevelopment in Hollywood.
