Efficiency when cutting crown preps is often determined by the core material you choose. All too often, core materials lack the hardness to match that of dentin. If you’ve experienced the common clinical problem of ditching and gouging while cutting crown preps, then it’s time you try COSMECORE.™

Versatile COSMECORE is a dual-cure core material that can be used by itself (as a core build-up material) or as a combination luting cement/core material for use with fibre posts. Due to its high flow, COSMECORE is easily injected into a post space, while its slow chemical set provides ample working time for cases with multiple posts. COSMECORE can be mixed directly from the 50g automix cartridge into a Skini Syringe and mated to a 20 or 22 gauge Endo-Eze tip. The Endo-Eze tip allows for injection of the COSMECORE from the bottom of the preparation up; avoiding air entrapment. A fibre post can then be placed into the COSMECORE and light-cured before the core is built-up and cured.

High Compressive Strength – Won’t Gouge or DitchOnce cured, resin-based COSMECORE becomes extremely rigid with a high compressive strength of 300 MPa, giving your patient’s restoration long term strength and durability. While preparing the core, you’ll find COSMECORE will not gouge or ditch, allowing you to easily create the ideal preparation in less time.

Cuts Cleanly, Preps like DentinCOSMECORE stays where you place it and won’t slump, so you don’t need to worry about creating a matrix. COSMECORE preps like dentin and cuts cleanly, making it easy to achieve predictable and uniform tooth reduction. You can also add to COSMECORE during the procedure without employing a bonding agent.

Microfill composites offer the highest level of aesthetics because they most closely simulate the actual enamel surface of a tooth. And, since they have the smallest average particle size of direct composite resins, they polish to a higher lustre than any other material on the market. Efficiency when cutting crown preps is often determined by the core material you choose. All too often, core materials lack the hardness to match that of dentin. If you’ve experienced the common clinical problem of ditching and gouging while cutting crown preps, then it’s time you try COSMECORE.™

Versatile COSMECORE is a dual-cure core material that can be used by itself (as a core build-up material) or as a combination luting cement/core material for use with fibre posts. Due to its high flow, COSMECORE is easily injected into a post space, while its slow chemical set provides ample working time for cases with multiple posts. COSMECORE can be mixed directly from the 50g automix cartridge into a Skini Syringe and mated to a 20 or 22 gauge Endo-Eze tip. The Endo-Eze tip allows for injection of the COSMECORE from the bottom of the preparation up; avoiding air entrapment. A fibre post can then be placed into the COSMECORE and light-cured before the core is built-up and cured.

High Compressive Strength – Won’t Gouge or DitchOnce cured, resin-based COSMECORE becomes extremely rigid with a high compressive strength of 300 MPa, giving your patient’s restoration long term strength and durability. While preparing the core, you’ll find COSMECORE will not gouge or ditch, allowing you to easily create the ideal preparation in less time.

Cuts Cleanly, Preps like DentinCOSMECORE stays where you place it and won’t slump, so you don’t need to worry about creating a matrix.
