Co-operative Agreement Between States of China, DPRK, Mongolia, ROK, (Japan has been invited to join the COSCAP-NA)

COSCAP-NA Headquarters at CAAC HQ, Beijing (Rm 604, 615)

COSCAP-NA Steering Committee meets every 6-8 months to assign the tasking and priorities and ICAO is the executing agency
