Think our 600+ horsepower C6 Cor-vette kits are hot? You got that right! The world’s quickest street-legal C6 Corvette title belongs to a ProCharger-equipped car. Running a lightly-modified LS2 small block, the quick ‘Vette consistently runs 9.90’s in the quarter mile. But, as the classic Bachman Turner Overdrive song goes, “Baby, you ain’t seen nothin’ yet!” With our new HO Intercooled ProCharger® Tuner Kit for 2006 and 2007 LS7 Z06 Corvettes, even more power is possible. Using the industry standard P-1SC-1 ProCharger head unit with its patented, self-contained oiling system, billet impeller and a highly efficient air-to-air intercooler system, the LS7 kit is capable of 700+ crankshaft horsepower on stock engines running pump gas.

Thanks to the design of the C6 front fascia, both the LS2 and LS7 kits are able to utilize a single, large center-mounted intercooler for an incredibly cool supply of charge air to the engine. Fast and easy, the ProCharger kits for the C6 / ZO6 cars are the quickest and least costly installation of any forced air induction system available for these late-model rocket ships. Add it up: largest power gain, coolest charge air temps, and a variety of boost levels mean safe opera-tion on stock and modified LS engines. And of course, all this performance potential comes with our legendary OEM-quality system hardware, and is

From a rear-wheel perspective, here’s what the numbers say:

• Stock LS7 + ProCharger P-1SC-1 @ 4.5 psi = 587 rwhp• Stock LS7 + ProCharger P-1SC-1 @ 6 psi = 622 rwhp• Modified LS7 + ProCharger F-1C @ 14.5 psi = 820 rwhp

CORVETTE AUTHORITY Staying out front and pulling away, ProCharger is proud to be the first su-percharger manufacturer to announce availability for the 2008 Ford Mustang GT. For 15 years, ProCharger has been adding cost-effective horsepower to these popular pony cars, and the 2008 models are no different. Running just 10 psi of boost, owners can achieve 540+ flywheel horsepower with their stock three-valve 4.6L engines on pump gas. “The three-valve Mustangs continue to be a focal point for the performance industry,” says Cary Pangrac, Sales Director at ProCharger. “2008 Mustang customers can expect the same levels of power, reliability and ease of installation as the ’05 through ’07 owners.” Be sure to stop by the ProCharger display at the 2007 SEMA show (booth #24365) and check out our new 2008 Grabber Orange Mustang GT with an Intercooled ProCharger System.

Want to add more pick-up to your pickup? More charge to your Charger? In-tercooled ProCharger systems for 2004-07 Dodge Hemi 5.7L Ram trucks and 2006-07 Hemi Chargers are now shipping. ProCharger is the only OEM super-charger manufacturer offering Hemi supercharger systems. With reliability, quality and power far superior to other forced induction systems, HO Intercooled kits come complete with a patented, self-contained P-1SC-1 supercharger, three core air-to-air intercooler, OEM quality components and and awesome perfor-mance appearance. On a stock Hemi running pump gas, the HO Intercooled Systems are capable of adding 45-50% more power on just 6 psi of boost. Higher boost and power levels are available on modified engines. We are also hard at work on complete systems for the Chrysler 300, Dodge Mag-num and 6.1L Hemi vehicles.

supported by the industry’s best dealer network. While LS1, LS2 and LS6 systems are available 100 percent complete, the LS7 offering is sold as a tuner kit. For C5 Corvette owners, the ProCharg-er Stage II System utilizes twin, front mounted intercoolers to provide the cool-est charge air temperatures, greatest air flow and largest power gains on both LS1 and LS6 models. Initial testing on the 2008 Corvette and new LS3 engine has shown 550+ rwhp at just 5 psi. ProCharger systems for the ’08 LS3 Corvettes will be available in the very near future – watch ProCharger.com for updates.

Lead, follow or get out of the way. Ev-eryone likes to use this saying as a way to differentiate themselves from the com-petition. But, there is a real difference when it comes to backing up those words with cutting-edge innovation, rock solid engineering, superior manufacturing and unsurpassed product performance. On the street, on the track and on the water, it’s these factors – and many more – that separate ProCharger® from all the others.Self-Contained Superiority Introduced in 2000, self-contained ProChargers are specifically designed to be self-lubricating -- not as an after-thought. Not only does this make our superchargers easier to install, but this patented, gear-driven, self-contained design is durable enough to be backed with a full 3-year warranty.Manufacturing Technology Using state-of-the-art, five-axis CNC machines, our impellers are created from aircraft grade 7075 T-6 aluminum alloy for tremendous strength and perfor-mance. This top tier material used in the construction of every ProCharger billet impeller allows us to machine larger diameter impellers that are free of the flaws found in typical cast impellers. Larger, structurally-sound impellers are

capable of higher speeds, which flows more air and produces more power while maintaining the industry’s best reliability. Additionally, the precision bearings used in all ProCharger models are of con-sistently higher quality and carry higher load ratings than those of our competition.Billet Gearcases ProCharger designs and manufactures the centrifugal supercharger industry’s only billet gearcases for superior rigidity, durability, sealing and appearance. This means higher boost levels and superior overall performance than other super-chargers. This proven, self-contained billet ProCharger design has become the standard by which others are measured.Integrated Intercooling ProCharger introduced the industry’s first intercooled supercharger system three years before our nearest com-petitor, and is still the only company that offers intercooling as an integrated solution rather than just an add-on. Only ProCharger offers integrated intercooling across the entire product line. ProCharger intercoolers are the most effective available for both street and strip applications, are made in the USA, and now come with an industry-best 3-year warranty.

While talk is cheap, enthusiast events around the country allow customers to prove how products perform in the real world. With unmatched street perfor-mance on pump gas, far more national racing championships than the com-petition, and multiple wins in extremely

demanding street/strip events such as Drag Week and True Street, ProCharger continues to strengthen our reputation as the ultimate power adder. Beyond performance, forced induc-tion is also the most fuel efficient form of high performance, and intercooled

GOT TORQUE? PROCHARGER VS ROOTS

Hot rod tractor pulling has traditionally been a roots-style supercharger market. But torque is what makes the full-pulls. In a search for more power with a flat-ter, more useable torque curve, a roots customer contacted us regarding the installation of two ProChargers on his twin Hemi-engine tractor. When the dyno finally went quiet, it wasn’t even close! When fitted with a ProCharger F3R-139, the big Hemi twisted out 1,638 ft. lbs. of torque at 34 psi, while the roots peaked at 1,307 ft. lbs. at 44 psi. The horsepower results were even more telling: the ProCharger-equipped Hemi produced 2,025 hp at 49 psi versus 1,386 hp at 47 psi from the roots blower. Bottom line: ProCharger produced 25% more torque with a lower boost level and 46% more horsepower at similar boost.

The high-tech birth of a ProCharger impeller.

The Super Chevy Series rolled into his-toric Indianapolis on July 13 -15 and was a “can’t miss” event for the Chevy fans. In a highly anticipated match race between Mark Micke and Jarod Wenrick, the blazing on-track action culminated in the quickest and fastest centrifugal su-percharged side-by-side pass in history. At the big end, Micke powered his way to a 6.32 @ 226 mph with Wenrick right beside him, stopping the clock with a 6.41 @ 218 mph. What an incredible race! Hailing from Jefferson City, MO, Micke pilots a beautifully prepared and engi-neered ’68 Camaro powered by a 526 cu. in. big block Chevy fitted with an F-3R-139 ProCharger. Wenrick also runs a bad-to-the-bone ‘68 Camaro, powered by a ProCharger F-3R-139 enhanced, 565 cu. in. big block

SHOWDOWN AT INDY Chevy. To date, the Tipp City, OH racer’s best run has been a 6.41 @ 221 mph. But the 6’s didn’t end there, as Ric Fleck also left his mark in the ProCharger record books, becom-ing the worlds quickest and fastest ProCharged, Powerglide-equipped car. Making his first 1/4 –mile passes ever, Fleck ran in the 6.50’s all weekend with a best of 6.57 @ 215 mph. Be sure to stop by our booth at PRI (#2619-2824) to see one of these out-standing – and very fast – ProCharger race cars.

PROCHARGER POWERSMORE CHAMPIONS With the racing season winding down, ProCharger® is on track to have our best year ever. By the middle of July, nine dif-ferent racers in six different sanctioning bodies were already leading their respec-tive classes. By early September, two racers, Phil Clemmons and Travis Franklin, had already locked up their championships, and the other seven were leading their classes. At press time, two additional championships were won, with Jarod Weinrick and Mike Modeste claiming the Pro Street and Limited Street champion-ships, respectively, in NSCA racing. NOPI isn’t just about imports anymore. Phil Clemmons represented American muscle by winning several NOPI Drag Racing Association Pro Street Tire events in April and May and locked up his sec-ond championship in recent years. In addition to his numerous wins, the Sandston, VA racer was the #1 qualifier on several occasions in his 1995 Mus-tang equipped with a ProCharged small block Ford. A former NMRA Drag Radial champion in 2004 and record holder in 2005, Clemmons has also posted wins in Fun Ford Weekend racing. The second to wrap up his champi-onship was Mansfield, TX racer, Travis Franklin. Campaigning his 2003 Mustang running a ProCharged small block Ford, Franklin ripped through the highly com-

petitive ProCharger Street Renegade class at numerous Fun Ford Weekends. Running rock-solid in the high 7’s all season, Franklin was a force every time he unloaded. He took the points lead after Norwalk, OH and never looked back. Congratulations to all of our ProCharg-er racers and their teams for helping us to a record-year in competitions all across North America. Check the Rac-ing News section at ProCharger.com for updates and the final year-end tally of ProCharger Champions.Racing Support ProCharger is not only proud of our racers, we’re proud to provide more at-track race support than any other super-charger company, period. During 2007, our own Motorsports Team attended more than 30 events, including multiple appearances at Super Chevy, Fun Ford Weekend, NMCA, NSCA, NMRA and NDRA events across the US.

The NMCA True Street category is a real radiator-buster. Designed for street-licensed and insured vehicles, competi-tors must complete a 30-mile drive before making three, back-to-back passes. At the July “Super Bowl” of Street Legal Drag Racing, Paul Ferrucci won the class from a field of more than 80 cars. Ferrucci’s eye-catching 1980 Malibu is powered by a small block Chevy with an F-2 reverse ProCharger and averaged an outstanding 8.64 seconds @ 160+ mph.

Long-time ProCharger® dealer and all around great guy, Steve Morris was the subject of a Dec. 2006 article in HOT ROD Magazine. The five-page article was an overview of how Steve Morris Racing Engines build “big-inch engine packages with a ProCharger blowing into a carbu-retor and makes stupid power on junk gas.” Their words, not ours! In spite of what the article says, we don’t see anything wrong with a guy who wants 1,600+ horsepower in a street car. Given Morris’ experience in building and selling these super-stout combinations, ProCharger is proud to be associated with people like Steve, his team and his customers. “I saw an opportunity to build engines for people that are afraid of turbos and laptops,” explains Morris. In addition to big-block Chevys, Morris also builds and sells supercharged Ford small-blocks, pulling truck engines and marine engines. And what of the car hosting that 1,740 horsepower monster? Morris’ own 1993 Chevrolet Caprice wagon tries to put all that power to the ground and yes, is still street driven. In an update to the HOT ROD article, Morris has now taken the 4,450 lb. grocery-getter to an incredible 8.31 @ 170 MPH on drag radials.

Specializing in coverage for the laid-back, loud and proud cruiser and touring own-ers, Hot Bike Baggers cov-ers everything from stock motorcycles to wild and wooly custom baggers. So to “bag” the October 2007 cover bike is a big deal – especially when it’s a Leroy-Thompson custom, equipped with a gleaming ProCharger supercharger and side-mounted intercooler. The blacked-out, blown 2006 Harley-Davidson Road King was built by Leroy-Thompson Choppers from a customer’s perspective, meaning, keep it within a budget and keep it perfectly rideable. The article quotes Leroy-Thompson’s Scott Webster as saying “This isn’t your grandpa’s Road King. I wanted it to be something really fun to ride that also looked badass while carrying your wife on the back.” Mission accomplished.

During the month of May, Horsepower TV viewers learned the differences between roots and cen-trifugal supercharg-ers, specifically, a ProCharger F-2. Looking to make 1,500 horsepower for their 572 cu. in., EZ Street Malibu, show producers turned to ProCharger for the boost they needed. Tune in to Horsepower TV this fall to see just how much power this combination cranks out on the dyno.

In 2007, ProCharger® served as the official sponsor of the Super Chevy Show Bracket 1 Brawl. The 18-event schedule was a huge undertaking for Super Chevy Show competitors and event staff alike. But, super fast action on the track and the great General Motors products rolling in for the show made it all worth the effort. The 53-foot ProCharger trailer and our hardcore event staff made appearances at multiple events, including; Fontana, CA; Memphis, TN; Indianapolis, IN and Kansas City, MO. What started back in 1995 as a way for HOT ROD editors to take a cross-country road trip with their project cars, has now grown into a week-long, traveling road-show of horsepower and chrome with enthusiasts from all over the country join-ing in for the show. ProCharger was the only supercharger manufacturer in attendance. With tour stops in Springfield, IL; Evansville, IN; Memphis, TN and finally, Little Rock, AR; the ProCharger big rig and display, along with many loyal ProCharger-equipped customer vehicles were on exhibit at each stop. Running in conjunction with the Power Tour, the Dynomax “Power to the Wheels” dyno challenge played host to some of the most wicked cars in the country. After nine qualifying events, four ProCharger-equipped cars powered their way to The Top 10 and will compete in the finals at the 2007 SEMA show.
