Opening Remarks
The Manager (TNHSP), Electronics Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu had conducted the Pre-Bid meeting. At the
outset the Manager (TNHSP) welcomed everybody attending the Pre-Bid meeting for the ICB No. ELCOT / TNHSP Phase III / ICB /
AG68-P3H5 / Server / 2013-14 for Supply of New Infrastructure, Upgradation, Redeployment, of Existing Infrastructure, Data Migration,
Integrate and Roll out the Integrated Architecture, Commissioning, Maintenance and Support with On-site & Off-site resources through a
Single Point Service Provider and JV Model. A brief status about the project was presented before the audience.
The members representing the bidders were asked to furnish their queries in written format so that the replies to the same can be
provided by the Purchaser. The members representing the bidders submitted their queries in written format. The meeting ended with a vote
of thanks to the chair.
Replies to the queries are presented in Table 1 and Amendment / Addendum to the bid document in Table 2 and they become part of
the tender document.
