When I was there with my friend, the waiter forgot our order although she had written it

down.

It was a surprise to see that your exclusive restaurant had waiters who were not friendly. (c2)

They were not smiling while attending the customers.

There were many unwashed plates at the sink and the customers could see them clearly.(c3)

I am worried that the customers might be served with the unwashed dishes.

Besides, there was oily floor in your restaurant.

The floor at the restaurant was very oily that it could cause accidents to happen.

In addition, people do not enjoy their food because of the poorly lit dining area. It may cause difficulties for the customer to enjoy their food.

When I went to the washroom, I saw the clogged sink which is unpleasant to the eyes.

You should take care of the cleanliness of your restaurant

You should hire a professional chef who can cook better food.
