source for water - and also a key source for the city of

Malaybalay and seven municipalities of Bukidnon

Hydroelectric Power: Pulangi Dam (source is Kitanglad)and for Lake Lanao / Agus (source is Bumbaran)

Food Production: Both sites cover vast areas for rain-fed

and irrigated agriculture
