The manufacturing facility as well as administrative office is situated at South of Bangalore. India

The Company has procured and installed state of art technology machineries to offer finished products which are tested in house with the latest test equipment before they reach to consumers / users who have trust in the quality of SBEE in national and international markets.

SBEE Cables specialize in the manufacturing of the full range of following types of cables:-

Low Voltage up to 3.3 kV range of Aluminium and Copper Power and Control Armoured and Un Armoured Cables, Instrumentation Cables, Thermocouple Cables, Steel Braided & Tinned Copper Braided Specialized Cables, Single core and Multicore Copper Flexible Control Cables, Aerial Bunched Cables, Data Cables, etc.

Road Map of SBEE.

Year 1995 – SBEE Started as a small organisation to manufacture building wires for local market.

Year 2001 – SBEE Started to manufacture LV PVC Power and Control Cables of Aluminium & CopperConductors.

Year 2002 – SBEE Was an ISO 9001 certified organisation.

Year 2004 – SBEE bought its first German Copper Wire Drawing Line which was the first in KarnatakaRegion.

Year 2005 – As a part of expanding product portfolio SBEE Started to Manufacture LV XLPE InsulatedCables. Invested large capital into brining additional German Machines and upgraded Lab Equipment's

Year 2006 – SBEE was the preferred vendor to organisations like ABB, GE, Easun Reyrolle with a 6 Sigmacertificate for zero rejection.

Year 2008 – SBEE made further investments in modernising its plant and machines to cater to largersegment of customers. With speciality cables like Thermocouple, Instrumentation, Aerial Bunched etc.

Year 2011- A team from reputed German cable company decided to support SBEE in developing variousspecialty wires and cables which are used for specialized applications like dairy machines, plastic machines,signalling applications etc, SBEE decided to manufacture these cables and invested in bringing machines fromGermany and Italy.

Year 2013-14. SBEE is the next preferred vendor in most of the German as well as Indian organisationswhere consumers or users build their machines & equipment for export to Europe, America.

• Raw materials namely Copper rods, Aluminum rods, Various grades of PVC & XLPE Compounds, and

Armoring Steel are procured directly from prime producers to related Indian standards / ASTM

specifications only. by this process, company ensures quality on the end product.

• Purity of copper and aluminum and pvc is of utmost importance for the accurate functioning of all wires

and cables. We therefore use only virgin grade of raw materials, procured from the following producers

• Copper rods : Imports from South East Asia, Sterlite Industries Limited and Birla Copper Limited etc.

• Aluminum rods : Hindalco Industries Ltd, BALCO and NALCO.

• Various PVC compounds like, PVC, FRLS, FR, FRLS-ZH, ZHFR, XLPE, HRFR, HR are procured from reputed

ISO Certified Indian organisations conforming to respective national and international specifications.

• Armouring steel wires & strips are bought from ISO certified and reputed organisations.

Future Expansion Plans.

SBEE has acquired 86,000 Sq Meter of Land at “Harohalli Industrial Estate, (About 45 Kms from Center of Bangalore City) from “KIADB” a Govt of Karnataka body which is responsible for the development of Industries in the State of Karnataka - India.

Civil construction for this green field project has already commenced.

The Plans are to add the following range of products

Phase 1 By 2015 /2016

HT Cables from 6.6 KV up to 66 KV

To set up state of the art laboratory to test the above cables.

Phase 2 by 2020
