We are equipped with three Friedrich Schmaltz German make Cylindrical Grinding

Machines capable of carrying out the operation with an accuracy and precision of

0.01mm (10 microns) and surface finish less than Ra 0.4 µm

Capacity : Length up to 12 meters, Diameter up to 1250mm

German make vertical Honing Machines with unique self aligning

mechanism, concentricity & circularity can be maintained within 5

to 10 microns

Jungenthal make German origin Horizontal Boring Machine which can

easily handle Bull Gears, Cylinder Heads & Chocks

Capacity : Spindle diameter 150mm, vertical travel up to 3 meters,

horizontal travel up to 3 meters

Piston Crowns for Diesel Engines are ground to an accuracy of 0.01

mm on our Vertical Turret Lathes

The machine is also equipped with DRO (Digital Read Out) for

accurate machining

Three Jungenthal make German Vertical Turret Lathes to perform high

accuracy machining such as turning and groove grinding

Capacity : Diameters up to 1.5 meters and height up to 1.5 meters can
