– Since operating under the brands of Sapient 3D & Sapient Coaching Network the emphasis has been to empower top executives to take ownership of a High Performance Business Culture (HPBC).

– Once empowered, then only to transform the rest of the organisation to a (HPBC).

Since 1989 High Performance Cultures have been the focus of the Operating Company. Leon and Marlinda Swart the founders of the Operating Company have operated under different

brands for the last 26 years. The current two brands are Sapient 3D for business transformation and Sapient Coaching Network (SCN) for the executive and business coaching & mentoring

• The Coaching Process has been designed to ensure that the Coaching Sponsor and the Coachee’s requirement for coaching are clearly scoped in a Coaching Mandate.

• The Coaching Mandate clearly outlines the outcomes that should be achieved in the Coaching Process.

• Through the comprehensive Sapient 3D Assessments the current state of the Coachee benchmarked against high performance culture attributes are determined.

• A Gap Analysis is done between the requirement and the current state of the Coachee to determine the Program Strategy that should be followed in the Coaching.

• A selection of the appropriate program most suitable to close the gap is used for the coaching.

• During the Coaching Process the progress of achieving the outcomes are monitored and the process is realigned where necessary.

• At the end of the process a comprehensive Report is compiled to outline the progress that has been made to achieve the outcomes and conclusions and recommendations for the way forward.
