What does the order process entail?

• The entire order process generally takes 4-6 weeks, and the timeline is greatly influenced by the speed in which approvals and feedback are received.

• Order details should include:

• Product and quantity

• Logo or branding details, embroidery (DST) or vector (EPS) files

• In-hand date

• Billing and Shipping Information

• An order confirmation will be sent to you by email and will require your approval

• Within 1-2 weeks, you will be asked to approve logo/branding artwork

• Once approved, the order will move to production (approx. 2-4 weeks)

• Order ships and is received as noted on the order confirmation

What is the latest date I can place my order?

• The deadline to place orders is July 12, 2021.

• Should you need gift items during championship week, please visit the BMW Championship Merchandise Tent on-site at Caves Valley Golf Club, August 24-29.
