A spectacular day of unforgettable golf and gourmet dining combines the award-winning Wild Turkey Golf Course with the Resort’s world-renowned Wine Cellar. Wild Turkey features parkland golf holes along a scenic ridge, providing great views through an open basin area. The day includes a hearty lunch at the course’s Bird House. Following a day on the links, savor 4-star award-winning seasonal cuisine and new world wines in the Grand Cru Room of our Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning Wine Cellar.

After a day at the club, retreat to poolside cocktailsfollowed by a spectacular dinner prepared by Executive Chef Anthony Bucco and served in the Bordeaux Room of our Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning Wine Cellar. Hand-picked seasonal cuisine from local farms and the Resort’s own garden will be transformed into culinary decadence and paired with rare old world red wines. Each course will be presented by Resort Sommelier Susanne Lerescu, who will also conduct a personal tour of the Wine Cellar.
