Sharada, co-founder of Lex Valorem is a qualified Company Secretary and law graduate and is responsible for Strategy, Business development and Operations at Lex Valorem. Thanks to her long innings as Company Secretary at Buhler India, a swiss engineering company in Bangalore and the Fast Track General Management Programme at IIM, Bangalore, she brings both the domain as well as management expertise to Lex Valorem.
