With only a pre-designed chassis and a list of building regulations, teams must successfully build and brand their car, attract ‘sponsors’ and ultimately race!

Creativity, production and team work combine in the latest addition to modern team building; iPad Movie Making. Provided with their own iPad and film making equipment each team will be tasked to design, act, film and edit their very own company short movie or advert.

Teams will need to assign roles, keep an eye on the clock and use their creativity in order to storyboard and produce a cohesive and impactful end result. During and after filming, teams will need to use the iMovie app on their iPads to edit their footage into the final product.

The Pitch

Having been split into teams, guests will step into an intimidating world of business financing, determined to make their dreams come true with successful teamwork and some business nous.

Participants must work together to formulate their business idea, get to grips with the money side, create a marketing plan (or even make an advert using elements of our iPad Movie Making event), and develop their pitch.

Plan in hand they must then face the dragons in the den – but only the best teams will be rewarded with the ‘cash’ to get their idea off the ground.

This fantastic event is perfect for getting teams working together, communicating and seeing the wider picture. The Pitch works well as both a half day and full day event, can be set at almost any location and can easily be tailored to your specific business objectives.

Become a Crime Scene Investigation team for the day learning to collect and process evidence using professional techniques and equipment, led by your very own investigator.

Guests will be introduced to basic forensic evidence, and educated in professional techniques and forensic procedures, as well as taught how to ‘read’ a crime scene. Guided by our expert lead investigators, teams will use their new found skills to ‘read’ the scene and solve the crime.

Crime Scene Investigation is one of our most mentally challenging, yet engaging events. Over the course of the day you will see participants’ attention to detail, team working, leadership and problem solving skills put to the test in this memorable team building activity.

Ultimate Challenge

A fantastic mix of physical, mental and skills based challenges, this event will see teams working together at high speed from beginning to end. At the start of the event each team will be presented with a box containing a variety of mysterious activities that they must successfully work through in order to gain as many points as possible.

While some of the tasks will appear straight forward, with the pressure of the clock it’s never as easy as it seems. Teams will have to work strategically and communicate effectively to make sure they complete each challenge successfully, all under the watchful eye of an adjudicator.

Win or loose, by the end of the activity each team will have learnt how to work together more effectively and have lasting hilarious memories from this frantic, fast paced event.

The Bigger Picture

Your group will be split into small teams and tasked with creating different sections of a replica masterpiece. Harder than it sounds, you’ll soon realise, with the help of your experienced facilitator, that communication and focus on the ‘bigger picture’ is key.

Individual success isn’t possible without the support of the team. A fantastic event for getting your hands dirty and being creative, The Bigger Picture provides a tangible end product which can be taken away to hang proudly on the office wall for years to come.

This classic and effective team building event sees guests working together to create art on a massive scale.

The Haka

Traditionally a war dance for Maori people of New Zealand, the Haka has more recently become known as the famous ritual of the All Blacks rugby team before a game. During a Haka session, guests will be shown how this powerful dance is done the Maori way.

Large groups will be split into teams and taken into separate areas to learn the dance and words to the Haka. Once guests master this art, and dress up in the traditional costume with their ‘moko’ applied, the group will reunite to perform the Haka as one united group making a truly spectacular display.

Drumming Workshop

A hugely motivational and interactive team building event, Drumming Workshop can be run as a part of a meeting or conference or as an activity in itself.

Over the course of the event the experienced facilitators will have your group playing cohesively together and layering different rhythms one on top of the other – reacting and communicating as a unit.

With guidance from the experienced Drum Master, participants will learn how different rhythms come together to create one sound, in the same way that individuals and teams come together to form a company.

Teams will be schooled in the art of mixing on Vinyl, and in groups, will be introduced to the state of the art Pioneer CDJ2000 system before moving on to using a Laptop and Controller to really show off their creative side.

Armed with a set of decks, mixers and headphones, each group will have the opportunity to try mixing for themselves, get some hands on experience and really test the group collaboration.
