TLG’s Corporate & Commercial Division has a growing clientele base that includes local, regional and international companies, governmental authorities, banks and financial institutions, international and regional law firms and high-net-worth individuals.
The Division offers comprehensive legal corporate and commercial services. Our expertise include inter alia taxation and customs, real estate and construction, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As), financial crime, company incorporation, corporate restructuring, governance and compliance, banking and finance and corporate and commercial advisory pertaining to all legal and regulatory matters and/or issues. Additionally, we are licensed agents of the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA) and Ras Al Khaimah International Corporate Center (RAK ICC) and have incorporated companies in free zones and in mainland; onshore, free zone, and offshore.
The Corporate & Commercial Division is headed by Ms. Beenish Batool Haider.
