John brings a wealth of international property expertise to the company, having worked over the past thirty years in both the property services and Real Estate development sectors in the UK, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines and the GCC. His specific area of expertise is development management, dealing with the master planning and design process and commercial analysis of all Real Estate categories within medium to large scale projects.

A Real Estate professional possessing over 15 years of experience in property sales and leasing, property development and business development, Sean is responsible for driving the growth and development of the Sales and Leasing Divisions of Asteco. An Information Technology professional with over 20 years of Information Technology experience having worked in the Middle East since 1997. He setup the IT department for Asteco and was instrumental in implementing the CRM Software. Asteco was the first real estate company in the UAE to implement the CRM Software. He also setup an in-house Software development team who have developed Estateman Property Management software, The Hub (intranet portal), eAccounts /eHRMS software for the Finance and HR departments. Software developed are also being implemented for group companies.
DERRICK MAGUIRE ARLA, NAEA Associate Director - Transactional Services
With over 21 years of experience in the International Franchise Real Estate sector, working for the two biggest Property Franchises in the United Kingdom, as well as companies in the UAE and Europe, Derrick is responsible for providing direct Operational Business Consulting, and Marketing Support Services to assigned Asteco Franchise partners, continually guide Franchise partners and their staff to uphold the company’s philosophy and operating standards; as well as promote open, caring, and respectful relationships between Franchise partners and the Franchisor.

Nick joined Asteco in 2010; he brings Property Management experience from the UK and wide skill set from Management, Construction and Civil fields. Nick previously managed multiple property portfolios with a focus on block (Jointly Owned) sites. He currently manages our Jointly Owned Property portfolio of Owners Associations which comprises of residential, commercial and retail units..
ROSS KEMP B.Bus Associate Director - Valuation & Advisory
Ross has worked extensively throughout the Middle East and North Africa, specialising in commercial office and development valuations, including some of the region’s largest master planned schemes.
Prior to joining Asteco Ross has held positions with various consultancies and private companies including Colliers International and Arady an Abu Dhabi based private equity investment company where he acted as Investment Manager for an opportunity fund.
Ross services some of Abu Dhabi’s largest real estate companies providing advice for finance, audit and strategic advisory purposes.

Since 2007, Myrna has been working in the field of Real Estate management in Abu Dhabi. Initially joining the Asteco Abu Dhabi Property Management Team, she was quickly seconded to be part of the core team conducting the proof of concept on the ADCP/Khalifa Committee instruction. As part of the Asteco ADCP Team, her Customer service experience was further developed as well as managing a number of prestig-ious properties in Abu Dubai and handling both the government and leasing teams whilst acting as Branch Manager reliever.

Shilpa leads the Sales Management team professionally and competently to carry out the commercial and the Sales Management tasks for Developers of a wide range of Real Estate projects.
Shilpa, a Commerce Graduate, Company Secretary, Associate Cost and Works Accountant holds a law degree and has vast and proficient work experience that spans for more than 20 years in the fields of Finance and Legal both in India and Dubai. She plays a quasi-legal role leading the Legal and Sales Management teams of Asteco.
TAMER CHAABAN BE Associate Director / General Manager - Al Ain
Tamer Chaaban is responsible for the smooth running of the Al Ain branch and for the overall operations of Property Management, Leasing, Financial and Administration.
Tamer has previously managed the operations for financial matters and settlements of cases including bad debts and settlement of accounts. He also monitors, controls and oversees the sales and purchase of properties for the Branch.
